Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made items, and clearance sale products. Please contact us if you are unsure about your specific item.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
